But what really is the hidden agenda of the Eye Snatcher? I had the opportunity of seeing the latest movie by Ansel Faraj called OLD FRIENDS. This is a police detective story that easily has enough suspense to keep your attention through the entire film. The acting is hard hitting, Mihran KonanyanDetective Adam Sera is outstandingthe tortured detective; Linden Chiles plays Sgt. Craig Hargroves and is excellent, and Matthew Greenethe Eye Snatcher is absolutely chilling - and his performance will disturb you. Vivian Brasch and Kevin Shayer also lend excellent support. I thought the story was very believable and the rapid pacing builds the excitement to a shocking climax. The photography, music, and special effects were very good, and added a nice touch of intensity to the film. Overall, I enjoyed the picture very much, and would recommend seeing it if you get the chance. I was searching for a contemporary story like THE DARK KNIGHT and THE TOWN, both of which I loved. I was googling new action films, and I came across a trailer for an action crime thriller titled OLD FRIENDS from the International Movie Trailer Festival. It was awesome, and I had to see this movie. I asked around and finally found a copy of the film. I was on the edge of my seat. I was on a roller-coaster of suspenseful yet outstanding filming and acting! Everyone was great, the scenes between Linden Chiles and Mihran Konanyan were fantastic and Matthew Greenethe Eye Snatcher was really creepy! The sequence of events all the way to the breathtaking climax kept me guessing. The ending was a surprise and all I could think of was: "Wow when's the sequel!" I really hope that they continue this story, I would watch a sequel for sure! I hope this movie gets more recognition, and hopefully we will be seeing more films from Ansel Faraj!
